How to find us

The towns and villages of Newport, Mulranny and Ballycroy border the Dark Sky Park and are the venues for activities over the Festival weekend.

By Car

From Dublin, take the N4/M4 to Longford, then N5 to Castlebar and R311 towards Achill.

From Westport, take the N59 north.

From Castlebar, take the R311 west towards Achill.

By Air

Knock Airport is the nearest airport (approx 60km from Newport, 75km from Mulranny and 90km from Ballycroy). Their website will help you plan your trip.

Public Transport

Public transport options make it easy to reach Newport and the surrounding festival locations. Bus Éireann operates regular services connecting nearby towns and key transport hubs. Irish Rail provides train routes to Westport, located approximately 12km from Newport.
