Festival Highlights

A photo gallery from the Mayo Dark Sky Festival and an invitation to share your feedback ahead of the 2026 anniversary festival.

Thank you to our official photographer Tommy Murphy of TeemLens for this great collection of photographs from our recent festival. We think he captured the vibe perfectly! The documentation and storytelling was made possible through Creative Ireland funding and Mayo County Council.

We will be launching a brand new festival website in Spring 2026, in plenty of time for our 10th anniversary festival, so 1) save those dates 30 October – 1 November in your calendar and 2) we would really welcome testimonials from festival attendees to feature in our new look website.

To send us a testimonial, you can simply email me fionahopkins.newport@gmail.com, using the subject line TESTIMONIAL, or you can complete our post festival survey at this link https://forms.gle/V2ozNPjbsf8r9SDA7

Thank you to those who joined us in Mayo this year, and we look forward to welcoming friends old and new to Newport, Mulranny and Ballycroy next October.
